Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please read the instructions and make sure to follow all installation and instructions correctly. Contact us if you have any questions.

Warranty Policy

WF Racks provides warranty for manufacturing issues. Any warranty is void if the product has been used off-road, modified, damaged or used for anything other than its intended purpose.

In no event, WF Racks will be liable for incidental or consequential damages. The warranty does not cover any damage to other products used with WF Racks products. The warranty doesn't cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents and improper installation or misuse.

WF Racks has no commercial association with any bike rack manufacturers at the time. Check your bike rack manufacturer's warranty and your local road safety and regulations.
